Mythamin is a personalized vitamin and mineral subscription. Based on your quiz answers - and optionally your blood test results - we compose a supplement formula tailored to you and ship it on a recurring basis. The service includes:

A lifestyle and diet quiz that maps your likely nutrient gaps
A personalized vitamin and mineral formula composed from your answers
Optional blood-based plans that tune the formula to your lab results
Recurring monthly delivery of your supplement box
Subscription billing via Stripe, charged on signup, cancel anytime
An account dashboard for your body profile, formula and shipments

3. Not Medical Advice

Mythamin is a food supplement service, not a healthcare provider. Our quiz results, deficiency estimates and recommendations are informational estimates based on the answers you give us - they are not a medical diagnosis, treatment or cure for any condition. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. Always consult a qualified physician before starting any supplement if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, and do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information, including honest quiz answers
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellation

Mythamin plans are recurring subscriptions billed via Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account - cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the paid period. We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee on your first box: if Mythamin is not for you, contact us within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.

6. Shipping and Returns

Your personalized box is mixed and dispatched within 5 business days of activation (and of each renewal). Delivery times depend on your location and carrier. Because every formula is mixed individually for you, opened products cannot be restocked - refunds are handled through the money-back guarantee and applicable consumer law rather than physical returns.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Resell or redistribute supplements received through your subscription
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
Any guarantee of specific health, energy or performance outcomes
Accuracy of estimates derived from your quiz answers
Uninterrupted or error-free service

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately; paid periods already delivered are not refunded except under the money-back guarantee or applicable law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable EU consumer law. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels, though we encourage reaching out to resolve issues amicably first.
